Temperature Rising

Temperature Rising: John Avanzato

The Evil Queen/AKA the Wicked Queen is not the one at play when poor Snow White is found dead. Disney is a magical place and there are many actors and actresses at the theme part in costume. One is Snow White. But, Queen Grimhilde, although she had the poison apple touch is not the one that takes center when our leading man Dr. John Cesari and his new girlfriend Cheryl, find themselves on a vacation they will never forget.

After Kelly decided to take a hike and move on to someone safer and more stable our hot hunky gastro doctor decided to do the same at least for the moment. John Cesari spells trouble wherever he goes and when he and Cheryl decide to go to the Disney theme park on vacation what happens will take them on roller coaster ride more dangerous than the cyclone in Coney Island.

A tour in the theme park and Snow White comes up to John and takes his wallet but not before giving him a strange message and warning. When going to the lost and found everything in his wallet is in place along with an odd note for him to meet Snow White. Destination found and of course nothing is normal with John as poor Snow White is found dead or supposedly drown. With the police on his tail and the reasons for him being there once again John finds himself embroiled in something he can and should surely live without. But, things are just starting to heat up when the father of the victim approaches him but not in an orthodox way. Temperatures Rising in more than one way as the heat sizzles and the body counts rise and John finds his way into more than one heated situation. Temperature Rising: John Avanzato: Enter Disneyland at your own risk!

Cesari might be a doctor but his methods of handling things are totally unorthodox and when he and Cheryl decide to reenter the theme park they find Cinderella who they think might be able to help them. But, stranger things are about to happen and cover-ups all the way to the top will astound readers, as one young girl’s murder is not what it seems.
Ambition, power, greed, jealousy and revenge are just some of the motives for murder. John and Cheryl team up for a while as poor Cinderella is in danger too when her boss is killed when the killer decides to strike again. Just who is behind the carnage and will it ever be save in the park again and where are my favorite characters to save the day: Donald and Mickey!

As John and Cheryl think they are going to enjoy their vacation someone decides to strong-arm them both. The father of the murdered Snow White shows up with his henchwoman Consuela and her methods mirror his in a torturous way. Never once faltering and never once wincing from the pain, John manages to strike a deal with the girl’s father or go to jail. The man is well connected claims he is powerful in the Disney organization and claims that he can frame him with the right evidence after all his ID was found in a let’s say personal spot on the murdered victim and the note that she left asking for his help did not favor his innocence.

Marguerite as odd, strange and delusional but she was still a person and why didn’t anyone care. From the coroner, to the top of our government just who was covering up the murder and why? As the facts unfold he enlists the help of his friend and fellow enforcer Vito, as he makes his way to the Kit Kat club and there the fun starts with Cocoa is next conquest. Poor Cheryl is stuck manning and guarding Cinderella while he and Cocoa have special adventures of their own.

Backrooms, doctor’s offices, breaking into houses and threatening even the man at the top, John Cesari and his new assistant Cocoa do it all. When things start to gel and the evidence points to murder just what he does to the medical examiner will make you hesitate before using him as a doctor. The theme park holds its own dangers and the places he visits are never save as he too is taken hostage by the demonic Consuela when a DVD with evidence that could ruin a powerful man comes to light and he figures out how to bury it until the right time not making our Consuela too happy.

Raul Varga is a dangerous man and Consuela is enforcer. When approaching John he uses force, blackmail and his own brand of what he calls justice to encourage him to set aside his colonoscopy and take out his private investigator’s persona and find out who killed his daughter. On the trail but never really totally on track the paths he takes along with Cocoa lead him in directions that will endanger the lives of others, meeting two FBI agents, several who wind up either dead, in the hospital or the back of a truck, and hoping that the police do not arrest him for his crimes. Just how he remains immune to the law is amazing and what he does when he enlists the help of Kelly, his ex-girlfriend will alert everyone that you might not want to be put asleep for your next colonoscopy or better yet skip it!

With Kelly’s help and that of several others he learns just who is behind the murder of Snow White, who wants everyone that knows anything eliminated and just how far the corruption goes.

Raging within himself and wanting to find justice for a young girl who did not deserve to die, John finds himself back at square one but not for long. An FBI agent and his life partner are at the heart of this cover-up. As someone at the top is being blackmailed, another commits suicide while Cinderella is in danger and could be next. A colonoscopy that no one would ever want but one man will never forget and a doctor who does not play by any rules regardless of the consequences. The wicked queen might have given Snow White a poison apple and the wicked Stepmother in Cinderella making her the maid and forcing her to live in the tower, are not as evil as the wicked and sick person that orchestrated this plot just to get ahead.

With the help of Kelly and another friend John manages to teach this person a lesson his better end will never ever forget and that’s if he can ever sit again. Dr. John Cesari wants justice but will he get it before it’s too late and will the person whose on the table reveal just who is behind the murder and why? An ending that is terrifying and a killer whose primary aim is power, greed, hate, manipulation and revenge as the truth comes out and the players are in place but who will get the final chance to escape the deadly killer before once again the wrath of Dr. Cesari rages and the temperature does more than just rise 10 degrees.

Just who Cesari winds up with and why he never seems to remain with one woman and what is his fate with Cheryl, Kelly and Cocoa well that question is being held in a secret fault in the castle of Sleeping Beauty just waiting to get anyone who dares to come close to trying to find out the secret: Maleficent: the wicked dark fairy and main antagonist in Sleeping Beauty has the answers and unless you want to chance touching her famous spinning wheel or going against her magical powers and artifacts like her crystal ball or her staff which shows images of your bleak future you will wait until our author pens John Cesari’s next story. Mirror Mirror on the wall: Poor Snow White is no longer the fairest of us all!
