Dashkov phoned Rosinski the Russian President why would he debrief him on the meeting? The problem related is that Susan wants to secure air space on the Ukrainian border to launch a rescue mission for the pilots and he explained, that is the Ambassador, that under no circumstances at all would we allow the U.S. military free passage to kill Soviets within our borders. Needless to say the reaction of the Russian President and the mission created by Susan turned out to be more than catastrophic and embarrassing for her and her administration.

Director Tremonov elaborated on the cyber warfare group on the American public and the extreme anti-Soviet groups gaining support and pushing for Soviet intervention.
