This story takes place in many time periods. In 1987 the author brings to light the Harmonic convergence. During this year they are waiting to harness the power of the sun, the power grids, the power of humanity. 1998: the day out of time. The people within this realm or time period learned that the daughter was born that day. December 2012: The future of American, our future fighter, so immune to the violence, so immune to the carnage they see in their streets, and in their hearts. Freedom so vital to our lives. The original Masons had a vision for our country and as related freed to live in this country yet a slave to money. People trying to break free. Finally, the Lost word. Magic is suffered by fools. Most do not know
what they speak . The lost word is Mother. Then we meet Britt and we learn about the death of Beatrice.
This is a unique book with relationships and situations proving that women can be in control and handle difficult situations. There are many who oppose each other but when we meet Skylar we see that she is hooked up to all sorts of machines, those in charge want to take a heart stone that projects a light that is inside of her and it takes her ingenuity and cunningness to hopefully get back to the other timeline where she belongs. She is caught in the First Age and we meet Heather and Magus and Archer who is the leader of this place who wants control of what she has.
As the author takes us back and forth to different timelines we see Skylar in many forms as she appears in front of some thinking she is still hooked up to the machines and vulnerable yet she’s a hologram meant to let Heather and Argan know that she has manages to escape but where is she and who is on her side?
Power, control and the hope that Skylar would return from the First Age is the primary focus of this novel but there are so many hindrances, so many that resent her hold and pull and the end result is will she ever be returned and will America once again be the nation that so many want it to be? Will Mica succeed?
Skylar learns the secret behind her heart and then something happens that changes it all when one half of Heather’s heart is taken, and she becomes Rhia. Vivienne is more concerned about wealth and finding a life but will she and Magnus become one. This is about restoring the earth and replenishing the water and its resources as we go deep into the water, the ocean and other places where we see many mermaids, faces and learn the power that hovers over all of them.
A special stone was transmitted to Skylar. That power was transmitted to her and coveted by those in her life. Her feelings for Argan are real and they search together and work to bring her back to her real world and out of the First Age. But Skylar knew he had a child and before she could move ahead, she had to find the nursery of souls. Chapter 19 brings these children to light as you see the way they were taken in, how they were processed and how they are identified.
Would you sacrifice your life for someone else> Skylar had to decide if she would sacrifice her life for Argan’s Would she release the stone that everyone wanted and would it give Magnus the power he thought he deserved or his greatness?
The world was changing and imagine what would happen if Antarctica melted. What about our oxygen and water supply? Is there a possibility of a new beginning? The planet and her sisters are in a new place in the solar system? They are raining new energies upon you.
Diana speaks out and where does she wind up and is, she living on a different plane and if so where and how? How do you die in the one place and live in another? What was Diana entrusted to and why might it be time for the Underworld to be over?
The sisters ban together, and the fate of the world will change but will Skylar find her way back to where she belongs?
Just how this all turns out you will have to witness for yourself when you read the final scenes and see the outcome as the trees are ignited with light again and the stone is returned but where you won’t believe. What happens to the hate and fear from the past that at the tree of the North at Silverwood? What does Vivienne see when she looks at the globe in her lab? Things change and people move to different planes and places as the author brings the final scenes to a close and we learn where Millicent winds up, where her new focus and home will be, or will she remain?
Where will the stone wind up? Will Skylar release all that happened to her and all the mistakes, shame and blame for others for the experience of her life? A dramatic ending and maybe new beginnings as author Stacy L. Tucker draw the trilogy to a close as Ocean assesses Skylar, and Skylar remembers events in her life that she wants to hang on to forever. The final scene lets you know that each one has more to come and their lives might change at any time.
