Relentless, unyielding and determined to bring justice to light in the death of her fiancé, told to stand down, warned what would happen if she did not, CIA Maggie Jenkins faces off with the past, knows that the Chechen rebel who killed him is still alive and is determined to bring her down. We meet this killer named Zara as she was part of the horrific attack on a Russian school where lives of children were lost, parents too and killers showed no mercy. Zara was there and was given a mission, but she was finding a way to her own freedom never thinking Maggie would catch a glimpse of her and set a chain of events in place to take her down. Deployed to Moshe insisted on becoming part of the team dealing with the attack and bringing to her superior and partner that Zara was alive. What happens when Warner finds out and Roger is sent to protect her when she goes after Zara, meets her aunt, tragic ending, checks out her apartment and does not follow the protocols for safety dismissing Roger but will she be ready to return to Moscow?

Staying at the same hotel he tried to do some surveillance on his own following Zara. Maggie uncovers a plot that will take many lives and Zara is able to disappear are but for how long.
Roger is trying to work alongside of her but they both have their own ways of dealing with the situation. We hear the voices of Carl an American who has gone over to the other side with Yuri is comrade who has gone over to ours as we hear their encounter and then Yuri and Warner speak as Yuri thinks that Putin was the one who created the attack on the school and killed hundreds of his own children. Was it revenge for Chechnya? The conversation goes both ways, and you can tell neither one trusts the other, but Warner is smart, but will Yuri find a way to get what he wants.
Meanwhile Maggie has found where Imran lives and enters while Zara is trying to break into the safe to find out more about the mission in Washington. Not answering her phone, Roger going rogue on his own Maggie risks getting caught by Imran but Zara winds up in trouble as she is trying to break into the safe and the result is not good.
Then Roger and Zara come face to face and Imran was tired of her and wanted a change. But Sara was facing roger and she and Bukayew were long fun after a while and Roger was falling back and wanted to find out what he knew about Sara. The pounding of her feet sounded and the shows between the two are and Imran were loud. Roger was by her side and then learns that she broke into the safe and head the documents needs to find out what they were planning but how was she going to put them back but not before taking pictures of all of them. But they capture Roger and tie him up, but Maggie is quick and manages to get out but thinks get wild as she decides to enter a mosque and posed as a Muslim woman, finds Zara and everything turns haywire after that. Will they get Zara out, but someone shows up and then they must escape and run while Roger calls his contact at M15 and there is much more to come.
Maggie is caught in the middle of many issues as Roger is hurt, Warner becomes aware of his connection to a man named Daud, and Yuri shows his true colors, and the plot becomes more embroiled as Maggie uncovers documents that state there is going to be an attack on the Capital Day school where the president’s daughter attends. Added in there are other schools too and a Central ASIAN STUDEIS institute financed the trip for a dance troupe from Russia. Zara is back in the fold, however anyone helping her or giving her information pays a heavy price. Lives are at stake and the FBI and other law enforcement are at the school but after while they want to drop the attack theory, but she can try and proof otherwise. FBI agents were everywhere at the school and although she is properly right she finds out where Zara was staying and insists on trying o get into where she was. What she finds lead her to believe something happened there. The FBI and Department of Homeland security teams coerced in separate groups all around the school and the FBI director was there too. She was sure this was going to happen. Confrontations arose, Yuri faces off with Zara but not before he confesses why he did it and why he betrayed those who trusted him, Sara called Yuri and Maggie as at the school and went inside because she was determined to take Zara out herself. Inside the school she developed a plan was captured by the terrorists, faced off with Zara and somehow manages to take the guy down while in the bathroom finding Mace. The ending is filled with action as Maggie one by one tries to take down each terrorist, no one there to help her, children crying in the school and Warner’s children at stake. Will she succeed in taking them down? Will any children survive? As Zara spouts off why she wanted to take down the children in so many schools and a harsh reality is about to come through as Zara faces one question from Maggie: Now does killing American children constitute revenge against Russian? Then Maggie says something, and Zara loses control. An ending you won’t expect. A determined agent who would not stop until she takes down her target but will she? A wayward assassin: Zara, Yuri or Maggie or all three?
