Heroes Ever Die
Creativity , flexibility and stunts that will stupefy an audience is what Ray Ford creates. Just how dangerous are these stunts and what equipment and props are needed to pull it off? How safe are these stunts and what happens when they fail? Some heroes are special all superheroes are loved by fans but what happens when some stunts go bad, and the result is death for the stuntman? What about the fake stuntman what role does that person play and why is there even a fake one? Watching the stunts of Flying Freeman and Bill O’Wrongs the props are more advanced and the scene with Flying Freeman who kept to the air attacking Bill O’Wrongs from every angle. Normally done with a computer but Ray Ford developed some updated version of wire work. It’s a technique which allowed the camera to zoom in, pan, and track to show that actors were doing their own stunts. The author elaborates on Bill O’Wrong and his skills plus how he manipulates a pair of complex weapons. Then something goes wrong and he’s dead. But how?
Claiming it was not an accident ,Ray’s gadgets had saved Ken many times and this was just the first death. Flying Freeman was a fake and Ken finds himself down. Chapter 2 elaborates on the technology that Ray uses to create the props and the stunts. It adds in how Ken is ambushed, and he brings in Elaine Ray’s half. Flying Freeman is a Tachi Production Property. But what about Faux Foxman? Props damaged and Ken suffers even more as his White Stag pays the price too. Plus, the author brings in Zaina Preeti from Duquesne Studios whose goal is to acquire the rights to his life story. But just an opening. What is her real story and what motives was she hiding?
There are numerous characters each with their own motives for wanting Ken’s help or placing obstacles in his way but when he learns the name of the Ray’s protege things start to gel and Culvan Mann is the adversary who’s after him and causing the deaths. But why? The costumes Ray created are being sabotaged and caused to malfunction and Good Man’s costume malfunction might seem random by itself, but that assault committed by the Foxman cosplayer was more than it seemed. Hear real but he was on the set when Bill O’Wrongs died. Ken was looking out for Ray and Preeti knows Ford designed the costume and Duquesne is being sabotaged. Every step of the way Ray and Ken are blindsided and realize that there is more to the people working in the studios than meets the eye.
Culvan Mann’s sabotage was ruining Ray and the two production companies. He needs an inside mad to help him and he told Havier that he would help him file a suit and get billions.
Then Ken decides to act and is going to replace someone as a stuntman in the movie. The costume was a superhero superspy, with an armored bodysuit beneath a combination trench coat. A red bull’s eye bisected by a dagger stood in the center of the breastplate. But will anyone believe he is Sword Saint’s double? The mask covers his face and let’s hope he can pull it off but what they don’t realize is that what Culvan really has in mind.
Then Ken realizes that Havier and Preeti had not lied anyone indirectly in each production was involved in the sabotage. It was a different person every time and he realize it’s the security guards who are Culvan’s mercenaries that infiltrated the companies Duquesne and Tachi. They had contracted for long term protection no questions. The sting is on, and Ken thinks he has it under control but shadowing him on the way to the hospital was Faux-Foxman who gassed him. Then he realizes his mistakes and wonders if Culvan has Elaine. The scene gets violent between him and Culvan, but the strength of this huge man overpowered him. The fight scene is tense, and the guard was equipped with his security load out and stun gun. Dropping his Quarreler was bad, and the result might be deadly. The violence is huge and Ava Stern the detective saves him but where is Culvan? With the police and both production companies on the scene to investigate and search his apartment Ken finds himself in a possible suspect situation. Just where is Culvan and why did Elaine reach out to him and why did dye think he’d listen?
Ken realizes that he’s been blindsided and when all the players are in place you won’t believe who the master minds are behind the sabotages and the murderer. The final scenes will leave you wondering who will pay the price and who will continue to create movies and projects. A simple photo says it all and pasts become presents and double crosses don’t change, and truths lies deception and greed wins out but does it? Dean who cares about Ken and relies on him for support might surprise you at the very end. Do Heroes Ever Die? You decide the answer to that question after you read the book that author J.A.Crawford created. The weapons and props created by the author adds to the tension and excitement of the final scenes. Characters that are unique with personalities that lend themselves to being superheroes.
