Taking to Todd her son and revealing what she thinks happened he swears he never would kill anyone and he has no idea who the victim is. But further investigating leads her to finding clues and keys to a police officer named Ryan. Why does she seek him out and who exactly is he? Who are Jonas, Ezra and Nicola? Why the texts between Todd and her? What is the connection? Why did he and Clio break up and why won’t she talk to Jenn. Even re-enactments to prove to her husband that events did happen eventually disappear from his memories as it they never happened. 

Each step in the past brings unusual memories in the present as Jenn tries to connect the dots. Nicola, Jonah, Connor Todd snd Ezra how do they connect? What about Todd’s change of behavior in school? Is that a red flag?
