Review of defense attorney and plaintiff attorneys

It took me quite some time as you both can tell to express my feelings about having put myself through the legal system for failure to diagnose. Never did I think that knowing my complaint was valid as Dr Greens office sent me the original X-rays taken in 2002 2004 2007 and 2011 plus numerous reports outlining my permanent injuries. My error was believing that justice and honesty would prevail. I never thought that one side would be so slanted and demanding so much medical records on a repeated basis and my side expected me to keep doing that until I realized on November 13 th in court that I was never going to get the defense to give up on a quest for records and telling the judge she did not believe my injuries are serious. The next time you all bite into a roll, Apple, sandwich or anything hard look up and say thank you God I can’t do that and for 3873 days I’ve woken up with face pain so debilitating I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. I truly hope both sides look deep within themselves and realizes that truth before money for winning should have come first.
