Float Float: Aimee L. Ruland Imagine letting go of your fears, anger, anxiety and stress just my taking the time to release them in a unique way. Adults and children often feel the weight of the world on their shoulders and need to find ways to release it. Join this young child and learn the trick . Relax your body and breathe deep and look inside and find your true self. Before reviewing this resource I decided to try out the strategies myself. First put your mind st rest by taking s deep breath and using that breath to fill a big balloon. It did work and it helped to release any negative things. Let it go and see it fly and leave your negative thoughts behind. Next the author shares through our narrator using a red balloon to rid yourself of frustration, not belonging and anger. Take the red balloon and fill it with all of your anger, frustration and watch it float away. Now don’t you feel better? An orange balloon has its own significance as you let go of other thoughts and remember that you wish to be kind and gentle and connection to others . Read it to learn more. The yellow balloon is I miss the narrator teaches us that we deserve to be loved, respected and happy. So do as I did remember you are worthy of a great many things and can soar over mountains. Take that yellow balloon and fill it as I did with what makes you happy and let it sail over hilltops and more. Find out how to rid yourself of jealousy and what to fill your green balloon with before you send it up in the sky. Do you share your thoughts and feelings? Do you keep them bottled inside? Fill up a blue balloon with anything holding you back and as I did letting myself shine and leaving the bottles behind. What halo when you get mixed up or think you are lost? Take a deep breath and focus Take your indigo balloon and read what happens when the little voice inside you knows what you should do and sees you through. There is so much more that I learned when I filled my violet balloon and released confusion and feeling lost or selfishness . Do you feel better now? Do you understand you feelings? Do you know why it’s vital to let go? Every moment start living in the here and now. Say by to the balloons and thank each one for shifting your views. Understand the present. This book is a valuable resource to help everyone understand and identify you emotions. It teaches us to learn how to release unwanted thoughts and feelings and negative emotions. It’s time for you to face your fears, anger and heal and feel special. Follow each guide oof each balloon as I did. As author Aimee L. Ruland helps everyone take their own journey and learn the valuable lessons and you too as I did will embrace the the colors, symbols and learn how to breathe and as adults and children can learn you too will find your way to inner peace and Float.
